I am below the fish, and the fish are above the ocean's waves.
The WHOLE thing has been inverted.

That would also mean this world is the underworld. the underverse.
Two realities exist, and the one we inhabit is the underworld. We are living in the upside down.
The other reality would be "heaven" and it is heaven because it's the right way up. Hell is hell because it is simply upside down.
