Step 1. Browse to: steamapps\common\ARK Survival Ascended\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\Windows and open 'game.ini' in notepad. Add the following line to the file:
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Vulture_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="Mantis_Character_BP_C")
Save file.

Step 2. In game main menu go to Game Rule, then Rules, scroll all the way to the bottom and set: "use singleplayer settings" to OFF.

Step 3. Load singleplayer and kill all the vultures.
