Ash and Sorrow Ep 12
5Conflux is the 8th continent of Verum, and it is a synthetic
continent that was created by the Taladoni in their exodus from Maltos,
during the folly of Taladon. They landed in Verum with their Colony Ship
using it to build their Continent, and sending out colonies to the other
continents in order to maintain relations with the natives. However,
a cataclysmic event, which is yet to be explored, caused the Taladoni
and their continent to erupt in wild magic, not only were the colonies
affected by this but it also caused the central continent,
the continent of Conflux, to be forever warped and changed
into a post-apocalyptic setting of wild magic and high magic,
but in a low tech setting.
