In the early attempts of the "Gu Jian Qi Tan" series, we tried to set up the characters in multiple styles, and this also became the starting point for the conception of the huge world view of "Ash Echoes". On this basis, we further clarified the idea of constructing a multidimensional universe worldview, each world has completely different settings, as well as their own unique cultural background and history. In the end, we chose the near-future city as the main background stage, and at the same time added multiple multiverse concepts with different themes to enrich the diverse expressions of art. Here, the character of Gu Jian will also have a new identity and experience, and start a new story.
"Ash Echoes" is the first real-time multi-dimensional combat RPG developed by Shanghai Candle Dragon and based on the new multiverse worldview developed by Unreal Engine. The game has a unique combat system and growth gameplay. You can collect characters, study strategies, and join hands with many "visitors from other worlds" in the game to resist unprecedented risks and explore the causes of turmoil.
During the game, you can assemble your own combat team according to your preferences and refer to the characteristics of the coordinator, flexibly dispatch the coordinator to fight against all kinds of enemies in various environments, use the coordinator's skills to interact with the environment, and target the enemy Weakness attack, defeat the enemy, strategy first.
In terms of art, we use a stylized rendering method to try to show a more realistic scene and character interaction. This is a direction we have never tried, and it is also a big challenge.
