Comparing DX12 to DX11 on Ashes of the Singularity shows something is clearly up with this game. Not picking fault, as it is a very early Alpha (pre-Beta) and I expect it to improve but can't help but think that people have got a little too excited over this very early demo.

Game does look good and hopefully will get me back into RTS type games :)

DX12 recording is a little glitchy but it ran very smooth (as did DX11).
