Helloooo, I've finally checked this one off my "unintentional ASMR to re-create" list! I don't know when the original video is from, but the "Esoteric Healing" video with the soft spoken lady has been around for a while and re-surfaces here or there. Now, I wanted to do this one some weeks ago but saw that The White Rabbit ASMR got to it before me! I wanted to give it enough time that everyone could enjoy her video, and then down the line I could do it. You can find her version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbb2RyyMNjM

I've added more to the concept based on the research that I did into the topic, which included "hands-on" healing. There wasn't a lot I could find on it, but since it is an energy healing modality, I took liberties and made it more akin to reiki. The hand movements included are not super accurate because I'm not trained in Esoteric Healing and I'm going off of one video + written material.

Pseudoscience Alert! Esoteric Healing is not a real science with no evidence based benefits. This video is only for relaxation purposes, and I'm just an actor on the Internet re-creating the experience :)

It's just common courtesy to make everyone more comfortable here. Even if it doesn't apply to you, it may apply to others and makes the world of difference.
- “Why do you ask for consent to touch (even if it's a given)?” Coooommon courtesy; big thing with me. I hate being touched by anyone I don't know, but being asked even if I know I'm going to have to anyway is much more comfortable than someone putting their paws on me without warning. Common courtesy.
