This comfort piece goes out to the men in the audience, especially those that have suffered trauma. It saddens me that we live in a society where men are forced to be silent about what they go through just because of their gender and the stereotype that has been placed upon them. Please, do not stay silent, talking about it is not weakness. What you feel is valid too, you are not alone.
