Meditate with me… this is a guided meditation including deep breathing to induce your ASMR and give stress relief, anxiety or depression removal. This is improvised and it works because I went with the flow of what I saw in my head while doing this. Follow along, sit back or lay down, close your eyes, and take deep breaths with me. Visualize what I am saying to you, and you will feel a lot better afterwards, like a new person. Meditation works for everyone and anyone as long as you put enough focus into it, and are open and allow it to occur.
