I am using the 2020 iPad Pro with the Gen 2 Apple Pencil! I am also using a Paper-like screen protector & special nib so the screen sounds like drawing on paper in a sketchbook! In case you are curious!!~ ヾ(๑❛ ▿ ◠๑ )

Because of this, many people use ASMR as a way to help relax and soothe their mind and bodies before falling asleep. It can be used for meditation, and sound therapy and is a natural sleep aid. I watch ASMR every night to fall asleep - and several times throughout the day as a part of my self-care practice to keep my body, mind & spirit healthy and balanced.
