This is an ASMR style recording of rain as heard from the inside of mailboxes. I set up a recorder inside of 2 different mailboxes - 1 plastic, 1 metal. You hear the plastic one almost all the time, but I layered in the metal one at times as well throughout. There is an aurally satisfying aspect the sound of the rain each time it hits the mailbox. It's more rounded and pleasing to the ear compared to usual rain - verging on musical.
This can be useful for meditation, relaxation, study, sleep and more.
