Greetings & salutations, strangers! Tonight we have a sleep clinic RP in which I, your sleep technician, will try to help you fall asleep using primarily hypnosis & a guided visualization. We'll go through a short little questionnaire, relax any tense areas in your body, go through some deep breathing exercises, induce you into hypnosis using finger tracking, use some more deep breathing exercises, and start your guided visualization journey, and at the very end there is repeated words & hand movements.
