I've got just a quick little visit for ya today, I'm trying to prepare my hardest for October :3 it's been some time since we've just done a good ol' fashioned vitals check, and to make it a little bit longer, I've added in the ol' information check-in part of the exam. There is a lot of typing in this one for the information part of the video, then it tapers a bit when we get into the vital signs checking part of the video.

We'll start by taking your basic information, your medical history, making sure anything new is added to our charts. I'll ask some questions about your lifestyle a bit, and then we'll do our vital signs checking. Our vitals check includes taking your height & weight, your temperature, your pulse & respiration rate, your blood pressure, and your oxygen saturation levels.

October is going to be absolutely LIT. I've got a short little list of what I want to bring to the spooky table of ASMR, thought not every video is going to be Halloween-y. Made that mistake last year, I'm just going to be more on the casual side this year. I do have a little collab that I am super excited about, and I need to devote A LOT of energy to that as I've never done one before. Wish me luck! :)
