Story: After Desmond found himself abducted by scientists in the Abstergo Industry, and is forced to use Animus to uncover the Location of Pieces of Eden. Thanks to the Bleeding Effect, Desmond was able to see some strange symbols on the wall which need to be decrypted.
The story is the further continuation of Assassins Creed 1, where Lucy Stillman helps Desmond Miles escaping the Facility. Using Animus, Lucy learns that there is another DNA Memory linked to Desmond which was from Ezio Auditore, an assassin born in the Italian Renaissance. Now this time, Desmond will have to learn everything from Ezio such that he can fight against Abstergo Industries and end the conflict between Assassins and Templars.
Walkthrough 10: The story revolves around Ezio Auditore da Firenze in the city of Firenze and Monteriggioni. After saving King Lorenzo's life, he describes his relationship with the Ezio Auditore family. Lorenzo also tells Ezio's next Target. And Lorenzo gifts Codex Page as a Token of Gratitude. Ezio Auditore da Firenze takes that codex page to Leonardo da Vinci which he deciphers contents from the codex. And from now on, Ezio Auditore has acquired a Poison Hidden Blade. Poison Hidden Blade helps in a certain condition when an enemy needs to be weakened instead of being killed Injuriously which may result in Alerting Nearby Enemies. So Poison Hidden Blade helps in such a situation. This unique Hidden Blade delivers a Special Poison which makes its Victim goes Berserk thus, resulting in Death. Now after learning about people linked with The Pazzi Conspirators, Ezio needs to eliminate his Targets.
At last in Walkthrough 10 of Assassins Creed 2, Ezio Auditore discovers a Hidden Templar Lair.
