Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag Walkthrough Part 5: A Man They Call The Sage
0A day after his meeting with Torres, Edward goes to Havana docks where he is met by Rodgers with two running into Bonnet who accidentally refers to Edward by his real name. In order to maintain his cover, Edward claims that Edward is actually his alias which he used since Bonnet brought him to Cuba. As they enter deeper into the docks, Edward sees Torres personally interrogating Roberts who refuses to speak with Torres proceeding to extract some of Roberts' blood into the cube-shaped vial, explaining that Sage's blood is needed to unlock the entrance into The Observatory. Since Roberts remains defiantly silent, Torres orders him marched back to his mansion in order for him to be interrogated on the structure's location with Edward joining the group consisting of Torres, his personal bodyguard El Tiburon, Rodgers, Du Casse and several Spanish soldiers as they head back towards Governor's mansion. However, as they move through the streets, several assassins prepare an ambush in an attempt to take Roberts away, provoking a brief street fight during which Roberts breaks free and tries to escape with Edward proceeding to chase him down, eventually recapturing him and handing him over to Torres' men. As a show of gratitude and as a compensation for his services, Edward is given 1000 Reales by Torres and asked to take part in interrogation of Roberts set to take place the following day...
