Here we are at the start of Ezio's final game in his trilogy, Revalations! Desmond's in a coma and encounters Subject 16 as his "spirit guide" or some mumbo-jumbo like that. Ezio makes a brief pit stop in Masyaf to find a locked door that requires a bunch of keys before he has to deal with traffic on the road as he's (literally) dragged along for the ride with a bunch of people experiencing road rage.

That's it. That's basically what happens in this part.
