Assassin's Creed Syndicate Gameplay | S2 M1 | A Simple Plan
12A Simple Plan is the first and only memory in Sequence 02, and serves as a tutorial for the game. As the game continues, Assassin Evie Frye executes her plan to assassinate David Brewster in his laboratory and recover his Piece of Eden.
As you begin playing Evie, it's worth taking note of the map she burns, as it shows the general layout of the area to come. First things first though - causing distractions.
Use a whistle to attract the nearby guard and lure him into an assassination from cover. These are useful as you'll drag the body behind with you. Catch up to his friend and plant a knife in his face for an instant kill.
Make your way up the train, taking out any thugs you find silently or with a lot of slashing. Be on the lookout for a thug guarding a chest and be sure to loot it for some items. When you reach the front of the train, dethatch the compartment by smashing the link, and watch the rest of the train fall away.
Stay out of sight for a moment as a group of thugs runs to see what happened to the train. Then get a stock of the remaining thugs with Eagle Vision, and make your way up to the center tower. Use the train cars for cover if you don't want to make a commotion, then climb up to get a view of the trainyard.
After eavesdropping on the mysterious conversation, fall back down into a nearby haystack, and lure a thug to his death with a whistle. Your objective is to make it into the large storage area on the left, but you can bypass a lot of the guards by going up and over the building on the right, and using the bridge.
Once you reach the restricted area, wait a while until the group of opponents bypasses you. You will get to the view point marked by the game undetected if you will bypass the enemies from the left, it can be done easily by jumping on the coal wagons and then going along the wooden fence. Use the elevator to jump to the very top, While at the top, don't forget about using the eagle vision. Once you're done, jump to the haystack. Wait till the nearby guards end their conversation, whistle and kill the closest one.
Then go towards the laboratory.
Now, enter the marked building through one of the possible passages. In one of the rooms at the end you will find a chest. Inside, among other items, you will find smoke bombs. Equipped with new gadget, go upstarts where a guard is interrogated. While behind the enemies, use the bomb to stun them temporarily and quickly kill the target.
Once the conversation is over, your task will be to find the key. The closest way to get to the destination area is via the roofs - go to the glass roof from the place of conversation with guard and then jump to the next roofs, while ignoring the enemies below.
Use the eagle vision in the warehouse in order to find the gentleman with the key who is located at the very bottom. Your task is to steal the key. You will get close to it if you will go down under the barrier. Use the time when the guard that gives orders will be turned in opposite direction and perform the stealing operation . Once you get the key, go towards the laboratory.
Use the ability you bought immediately after riding down - sneak up on the enemies and perform regular attack, Evie will automatically kill both men. You will find another opponent behind the corner, on the right side. Slightly above you will face two more enemies turned in the opposite direction. After eliminating them, keep going ahead, while jumping between the pipes. You will reach the place where a cutscene will play and your objective will be updated.
Move into the lab and take out both guards with one blow. Move up and to the right and go through the next few rooms, taking out thugs and crossing pipes and machinery.
After eliminating these opponents, the remaining road will safely guide you to the ladder (don't walk downstairs). From there you can jump to the beam that is above Brewster. Performing an assassination from there is a piece of cake.
