In this video I am showing how to perform the unique kill on La Touche in Memory "Rise of the Assassin". You need to move around the side of the arena closest to the starting point, where also the cage with the prisoners is. Carefully take out the snipers that are within range, either with cover kills or shots from a distance, then cautiously kill a few guards that patrol near the cage. Once the coast is clear, move towards the cage and interact with its door. Arno will be informed about a guard holding the keys to the cage, so follow the on-screen marker to locate said guard and take the keys from him, either by killing him then looting the body (like I do in the video) or by approaching him carefully and stealing them, although this might be risky as there is a strong chance he will turn and see Arno. Then go back to the cage to unlock it, and after the cutscene Arno will be taken to the execution stand, straight to La Touche. Approach him normally, but as he starts to suspect that something is wrong, run to him and assassinate him. Sometimes it takes a little longer for La Touche to take notice; in this video his eye caught Arno almost immediately. I don't know if this is a random thing, or it depends on whether he has his back to Arno or not while talking.
