as for the performance gains,
1.in some areas the fps doesnt dip much now! and stutters have reduced
2.the parkour has smoothened a bit
3.max fps doesnt change in new patch
4.major improvements were in fernaciade(dead kings dlc) fps increased by about 3 fps avg
my performance,
fps without recording,
patch 1.4= 33 avg fps
patch 1.5= 35 avg fps
not a major boost
