So... I was actually working on Accelerate-only VPC4 on a completely different level... but unfortunately, things, uh, weren't going very well... ^^; So just for fun, I thought I'd try Collider+ instead...
Unsurprisingly, I didn't get the S+. =)
Surprisingly, though, I made it a lot further than I thought I would. ^.^ And I started thinking... hmm, this might actually be possible! ^_^
So I started working on Collider+ instead. Unfortunately, as sometimes happens when a first run goes really well... it took, uh, quite a while to make it that far again. ^^;; Once I did, though, things definitely started going a bit smoother. ^_^
Of course, the Liquorice battle, as expected, provided its unique problems (normally, you can prevent Liquorice from picking up a powerup by picking it up before she does... but in an Accelerate-only run, if the powerup is red or blue, you can't!). But, similar to my normal Collider VPC4 Accelerate-only run, I eventually found a combination of strategy, timing, and level of aggressiveness that seemed to work fairly well... and eventually... this run happened. =)
So here it is... my first ever Accelerate-only VPC4 Collider+ S+! Hope you enjoy!
