So I kind of felt like playing Relay+ again... and looking through my files, I noticed that I hadn't yet recorded the level with Cactus, so... ^_^

As usual, I started out by trying to figure out a decent opening strat. I kind of wanted to aim for Accelerate + Firepower, and after a bit of experimentation, found that a fairly aggressive start seemed to work well for this. It also felt kind of in-character for Cactus herself, so... I decided to stick with it. =)

Anyway, as expected, some strategy adjustments did have to be made later on in the level... but the relatively recent experiences with Holly and Starch definitely helped a bit (e.g. the "just go" strat in the final hallway before the elevator worked quite well for Cactus as well). And eventually... this run happened. ^^

So here it is, my first ever Cactus vs. VPC4 Relay+ S+! Hope you enjoy!


Miscellany:
2:45 This sequence kind of amused me (not while it was happening, but later, when I rewatched the video!), with Cactus essentially outrunning the flame attack. ^^; In retrospect, probably should've gone for the Shutdown... but at the time, I got distracted by the red bird (and avoiding its attack!) and the Battery... and didn't quite notice the Shutdown in time. =)
