Assetto Corsa Evo - Why It's The Most Important Sim Since Project Cars 2
855I think many people have forgotten or don't realise the degree to which project cars 2 pushed sim-racing forwards by both being on console but by introducing many new people to sim-racing through the licences it held and the fact that it was a genuinely fun and largely accessible racing simulator.
I genuinly think that Assetto corsa Evo will achive the same thing , maybe not at first when it launches on PC but once it comes out on console I can really see it bringing the world of simulation to a much wider user base than what you typically see with most other racing simulators.
And crucially unlike GT7 and the F1 games I can see people playing Assetto corsa evo getting sucked into the world of PC simracing , not just from playing EVO but by also finding themselves buying pointless equipment and other simulators.
