This is Mulholland Drive, and it's a new Free Roam / Hill Climb track for Assetto Corsa. It's 11 miles long and winds its way through a posh residential area near Los Angeles, California. There are three versions included with the download: the default East course, a reverse course, and the Freeroam layout with 2-way traffic featured in this video.
