This is the Asteroids Deluxe arcade port for Atari 7800 Prosystem. It's a modern homebrew by PacManPlus, and is available for download/purchase at the links below. Asteroids Deluxe was the sequel to Asteroids back in the day, and it added a few things to the original's winning formula.

I'm clearly no Asteroids wiz, but I have just a heap of fun with this more frantic version of Asteroids. There's a lot of Asteroids to like here. I'm not the hugest fan of simulated vectors (understatement), but lots of people are, and I get why. For those folks, hold pause down when booting the game and be treated to a 'vectorized' version of original Asteroids as well--it's a twofer.
