Bosses: Bee Roboid - 01:05 / Artificial Sun - 02:03
Amazing Three - 03:45 / Big X - 04:48 / Pook - 08:28

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure you discover Magma, hidden in the elevator segment which starts at 07:19, he's MANDATORY for story events and to get the true ending.

This level is a clusterfuck of bosses. Stage 2 doesn't pull any punches and will make sure to hammer the "we're Tezuka grade of cute and Gunstar on Expert grade of difficult."

This level in particular basically forces you to learn how to use the Jet Dash to survive, just look at how many things you simply can't dodge only by moving around.

The first big boss, the Artificial Sun, is the reason why I pumped the Laser so much. The first phase is not a problem, but that thing is stupidly fast on Hard difficulty and it basically ensures that you either spam Supers (not a good option on Hard) or learn very well how to use the Jet Dash.

The second phase of the Artificial Sun is what really makes my blood boil. Without a Laser AT LEAST on level 2 and with Supers you simply don't have enough room to maneuver around the boss when it gets at its maximum size. Either you kill him as fast as you can or you're toasted.

Oh, in case you're wondering, you ARE NOT invincible during the Laser Super. While it dishes the most raw damage it's also by far the most unsafe of Supers and enemies, especially bosses, can retaliate freely if you don't use it properly.

After that you immediately fight the Amazing Three, a simply battle, but got EXTREMELY grating for me since I fought these guys without Supers plenty of times and IT. IS. NOT. FUN... at all.

Big X is the only optional boss but I fight him anyway since he's easy and I desperately need the power up in order to be able to fight Pook on more or less even ground.

Big X's Boost #3 is pretty straightforward, but his Boost #5 forces you to use the Jet Dash in order to even touch him without Supers. Did you get the hint that Jet Dash is important yet?

Pook is the last boss of this mess of a level and he's by far the toughest of all bosses here. Pook has four forms which he picks at random, though never swapping to the same repeatedly, and each one of them is dangerous in one way or another:

* Leo Force - Has two attacks: a vicious pounce and a powerful bite, which is instant kill with Life at 30k, the pounce is very fast and the bite is practically instantaneous. Pook is also invincible while he has the green aura around him.
** Fighting Pook on melee while he's in this force is basically suicide, the best way to deal with him is by chip him away, ala bullfight, with lasers and dodging him when he tries to pounce on you. The green aura can make you waste a Super, so be careful with it.

* Hanumaan Force - Has a tail attack with two varying heights and the ground one can either be used as a whip or as a hook to make Pook move to the other side. Additionally the tail attack is weak, but it's VERY fast.
** Pook can be baited into using the upper tail attack if you know what you're doing, but I find it's easier to go melee on him and dodge whenever he's about to turn around. There's no fixed pattern since the amount of stun dealt with punches can cause Pook to turn around later than usual and retaliate in a way you don't want, so it's purely based on your reaction.

* Quntole Force - By far the most annoying of Pook's forces. He can use a dive bomb attack that comes out with little warning or spam the feather thing which he always follows with the fire breath attack.
** I found out the rightmost side of the screen is fairly safe with only the diagonal descending feathers being able to hit Astro there, besides that Pook will usually hover to one of the sides of the screen to use the fire breath attack, you can attack him well if he does that. Beware that if Pook moves to the middle of the screen he can use his dive bomb move.

* Bahamute Force - This force is annoying, but far more manageable than Quntole. Pook will only hurt you while he's ascending, that gives you a brief window to punish him, but be wary that he can chain two to three leap attacks one after the other. The fin attack has three different speeds with no visual cues, so you have to wait to see how fast Pook will attack.
** Finger Lasers are the safest way to go here, but if Pook leaps close enough you can try to punch him, just make sure to dash away when he dives back or else you might get hit if he chains another leap. Dodging once he's about to end the fin attack ensures you he won't get a cheap shot at you either.

In most cases making good use of Jet Dash is imperative to win here, Pook can be intimidating with his forces, but the most important thing here is to play safe and never try to chain more than 2~3 punches, or 1~2 lasers, before dashing away.
