ASTRONOID Β²β°β°Β²
Astronoid is an extraordinary arkanoid style game. This game is based on the war with aliens of 2306-2311 years, which ends with human victory due to the discovery of plasma spheres.
Your goal is to destroy alien turrets by using your plasma sphere. You can control sphere direction with your starship, which can deflect sphere in required direction. But your goal is not only to deflect sphere. Turrets shoot different missiles to your starship, and you should evade them to survive.
The game rules are very simple. You should move your starship to deflect the plasma sphere and evade alien's missiles. You have two reserve starships at the beginning of the game, and you will receive one more for each 10000 scores. If you won't deflect the sphere, it will achieve the bottom wall. In this case, it loses destructive power until you kick it again by your starship. Level is completed when all turrets are destroyed
You can use more than one ball. Click the right mouse button to release another ball.
Move your mouse in circles clockwise or counter-clockwise to control the reflector.
There are two kinds of "blocks" standing in your way. One is destructible, and the other is not.
"Fireballs" have much more power than normal balls and can be obtained by collecting the "Fireball" goodie power-up.
"Combat Stones" fire off tiny bullets that cause the reflector to slow down if hit.
You can move the reflector in a full circle. Just move the mouse clockwise or counter-clockwise.
For every destroyed stone and every collected goodie obtained, you get a certain amount of points.
"Stones of Chance" will behave like one of the various other stones in the game. You never know...
In some levels, you have to face special enemies after destroying all of the rings...
You can pause the action anytime by pressing "p."
"Dynamite Stones" explode after being hit, causing damage to any other stones next to them.
You can use rockets to destroy stones. Collect this goodie and press the left mouse button to fire.
You only get 30 seconds to destroy a ring. After 30 seconds, you will start losing points.
Collect the "2x" goodie to get double the amount of points from every stone.
You can play any previously played level by choosing it in the "level select" screen.
A green glow indicates "goodies," and a red glow indicates "badies."
Some stones are harder to destroy than others. "Metal Stones" require three hits.
Press "F1" to open the "User Manual," which contains detailed information.
Easy enemies require 5 hits to be destroyed. Harder enemies require 10 hits...
"Rubber Stones" accelerate the ball, making it much harder to reflect.
You can adjust the speed of your reflector (mouse-speed) in the "Options" screen.
The number in the ring (upper left corner) indicates how many rings you have to destroy.
In the "Options Screen," you can choose between three difficulties for this game.
There are 250 levels in "Breakin." Can you complete them all?
