===== About Tetsuko =====
The Asuka 120% franchise has quite a few "anime" sports and martial artist female archetypes, so it would be natural to have the 'cool-laid-back-mysterious' type in the game. As a member of the Chemistry Club, her long science labcoat also helps the look. I think her design may have been inspired by Jotaro Kujo.
Gameplay-wise, she plays somewhat similar to Asuka Honda (the main character of the game), such as having a fireball and being able to throw flasks.

Whilst the game is somewhat obscure, it is a good game with very good spritework and animation for it's time. The graphics are bold and colourful, with large character sprites (something the PS1 is known to struggle with).
The gameplay is very heavily combo-orientated, so with some thinking you can string together some insane combos. The lifebar goes down very slowly for basic single hits, so combos are a necessity to win at this game.
