You need to disable Vsync, use Exclusive Fullscreen Mode and most importantly use only the AMD Adrenaline Overlay for AFMF to work. Using even the Ally overlay disables the AFMF.

Also for Horizon to work you need to set the Video Memory of the Ally on Auto from the Armoury Crate settings.
