FPD98 is a Japanese commercial sample-based stand-alone software General MIDI player, for Windows 95 and up (it is compatible with Windows 7 64-bit). Its sample set size is about 4 MB. This synthesizer is okay, but the low quality of the samples can cause some MIDIs to sound bad.
