When you get into a really long match in Epic Battlegrounds, sometimes both teams are trying to figure out the best play to move forward, and the best play seems to be to let the enemy team come to you. So you end up with a staring contest for a bit, whoever blinks first is anyone's guess. The match was neck and neck throughout the battle. The ALLY burn the two Towers in the Frostwolf Keep by all zerging there in the beginning and we did not have enough to recall in time. We took the mid-field Bunkers down and controlled the map from that vantage point. With a match that close though, they tend to stack the Stormpike Graveyard choke point, and this is a hard choke point to break without some coordination. So if the pushes there fail, the next plan is usually to fall back to the Icewing choke point as it's much easier to handle being on the defensive than the offensive in close matches. Especially if you can have your team spawn a lot closer to the where the action is being had. Overall a great match, just weird for the ending how it lagged out and I could not dismount, even when running into the boss room with Van LoL!
