We go hands on the AT&T Palm Pre Plus. It features an upgraded 512MB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage compared to the Palm Pre on Sprint. It also runs on the webOS and supports the Mobile Hotspot feature that allows you to use the touchscreen handset as a portable WiFi router.
