Atari Anthology - PS2 - Adventure - Full Playthrough - All Kingdoms (Blind, Hard Difficulty)
A full playthrough of Adventure. Includes all three game mode variations.
This originally came out on Atari 2600 in 1979, making it the oldest game I've ever recorded. You play an adventurer, who braves a dragon infested kingdom, in search of a stolen goblet. The goblet needs to be returned to the yellow castle, which will complete the adventure.
The kingdom is a series of rooms and mazes. There are objects that can be picked up and used, like a sword, keys, and a bridge (which will let you pass over walls). There's also an annoying bat that likes to swoop in and steal the object you're carrying. Though it can sometimes be useful if an object gets stuck in a wall. You can only pick up one object at a time.
On the hard difficulty settings, you have less chance to dodge the dragon bites (P1 hard) and they run away from you if you have the sword (P2 hard), making them almost impossible to kill. If you get eaten by a dragon, you'll be resurrected at the yellow castle. All the objects stay where they are when that happens, but any dead dragons will also be resurrected. I have it on P2 easy for the small kingdom, to show the dragons dying, but the other two kingdoms are on P2 hard.
This is my first time playing the game, and completing each kingdom, but I did have a couple of warm up sessions, just so I understood how to play and what I was supposed to be doing.

I'm going to be dipping into this collection occasionally. I've already recorded all the games in the Adventure category, which I'll be uploading weekly. Playlist here https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLI2o6Uusv62pa8t8pLgvrLNADSTd5MFwk
I'm playing on a 60GB backwards compatible PS3. I'm PAL region, so the video might look smoother with a 50Hz display setting.
