Castle Life ending is triggered when you failed to bring 100,000 people at Arls. (I got like 60,000) This is like a bad ending of sorts. Dont forget to sell all your items as well if you want to carry on to that money.
At the end of the credits we see a teaser of the next Atelier game, given this version of Arland released in late 2018, it's possible it hinted at Lulua which released the year after, and the text said "The adventure continues" which meant another Arland installment
