BlackMagic Design's new ATEM Mini is (by far) the most affordable ATEM on the market, and one of the cheapest way to get FOUR 1080p60 capture sources and two audio sources mixed at once. For just under $300 USD, the ATEM Mini is one of the most accessible video and audio mixers to get a live event up and running. That doesn't mean it's perfect, though - I have some serious complaints. But hey, that's kind of the point - they want you to have a clear upgrade path through the ATEM product family.

CORRECTION: You CAN change the Picture in Picture camera (and size/position) in the DVE settings! This is not explained in the manual, but that addresses one of my major complaints.
