Atgames Legends Flashback with Custom Firmware
A look at an Atgames Flashback Legends console with custom firmware/software from a thread on AtariAge.com. Timestamps for skipping around:
00:00 Start
00:13 Workbench Talk
04:19 System Tour
06:04 Atari Lynx
06:55 Lynx - S.T.U.N. Runner
09:16 NEC Turbografx-16
09:50 TG-16 - Soldier Blade
11:31 Atari 800
12:01 A8 - Yoomp!
14:14 A8 - Dodge Racer (mine)
16:54 A8 - Bosconian
18:56 A8 - Joust
20:41 Pokemon Mini
21:17 Pokemon Pinball Mini
23:20 Sega Genesis/32x
24:29 32x - Doom
26:00 32x - Virtua Racing
I'm building one up as a gift, and it seemed silly not to do a video on these. They're quite the stocking-stuffer, especially with the AA firmware. I also threw my own game on it, in an effort to force the recipients (victims) to play it.
This firmware/software makes the Atgames units more interesting to me than most other emu-boxes because of its focus on older or more obscure systems.

!!!!!UPDATE!!!!
It looks like the thread at Atariage got nuked for whatever reason. I don't know if the files are available anywhere else, but the wayback machine at least saved the instructions (below):

To do a Flashback Legends:
First go here for the appropriate firmware:
https://atariage.com/forums/topic/320076-legends-flashback-ultimate-community-project/?do=findComment&comment=4813362
Then here for the last 'full' version of the SD card software (v6):
https://atariage.com/forums/topic/320076-legends-flashback-ultimate-community-project/?do=findComment&comment=4887176
And from there start crawling down adding updates individually.
Finally, if you'd like to try my 10-line game, or look at the source code, here it is:

There's another game called "Dodge Racer" on a8, a fact that I didn't know at the time.
I like mine more, though.
