ATI 3D Rage IIC tested in 3DMark99 and games

Important: That card don't wanted to work for me for long time, I saw black screen when I used that card but hopefully that was only VGA output problem with some pins/connections there. From games Turok don't want to start with ATI CIF API and always loads Direct3D version at start.
