Attack of Crap Games on [PC] Nr.37 : Time Commando
3hey wait a minute , this game is not crap ... many will scream ... I would have done the same [if I would not found this game again and replayed it ... oh dear me], but mind can play tricks on you and nostalgia will kick in ... making the worst ... the best ... in our mind , but when it wears off ... oh my
its a game from 1996 a time when FMV was big ... so the maker of Little Big Adventure made this FMV background scrolling brawler on a time limit ... when you kick ass across time and space ...
yes it was another of my ON HOLD GAMES from way back... on very easy you could dash trough it in 1h [but you don't get to see the real ending !!!]... that's how short it is... but on normal oh boy , the design problems and awfulness begins ... simple put camera controls suck ... same as your fighting and blocking ... and that awful saving system aggghhhhhh!!!!!
so why many of us , will say this game is good ... at that time this was the first game of its kind that used a thing like this ... 3D pre-rendered FMV backgrounds... and for this only it became a classic ... again not for its gameplay ... oh fuck us ... graphic bitches...
