I got through most of the game and then got to the last level. At the last level Joker's Bodyguard, whooped my butt. After several attempts I had to call it and go to bed. Today I shall beat the Joker and save Gotham City!

Batman: The Video Game is a video game inspired by the 1989 film Batman. The game was developed by Sunsoft, and it was released in 1989 in Japan for the Famicom, but mouths later in 1990 was released in North America for the Nintendo Entertainment System and other mouths later in Europe. The NES version of Batman is a platform action game that features locations from the 1989 movie. It contains five levels culminating in a showdown with the Joker in the belltower of Gotham Cathedral.
