This is a video showing my full procedure for converting an Attila save to a CK2 mod. The video shows the game saved at the start, utilities and my converter in the middle, and the actually converted save at the end. Note that some areas (like the area with Zunbils) are currently in burned, rebel, or separatist areas.

I haven't tried to export to EU4, but converted saves are playable (no crashes due to my changes).
