Auto-archiving can automatically move older emails to a specified folder, making it easier to manage your mailbox.
To set up auto-archive, open Outlook and go to File - Options. Then, click on Advanced and find the "utoArchive section. Select AutoArchive Settings to configure how often emails are archived, where they’re moved, and other preferences. Set the schedule that works best for you, and then click OK to activate the auto-archive feature.
