Another painful level. The food keeps spoiling before it hits the Packager! Inexcusable, food doesn't spoil in the matter of a few minutes! Also robots are terrible at making factories, you need a human for the job! Anyways, without further ado, my build.

Things to check for (values can be tweaked):
1. Set Cheesy Dog Dispensers to 13 seconds.
2. Set Plain Hot Dog Dispensers to 20 seconds.
3. Set Ultimate Dog Dispensers to 12 seconds.
4. Set Ultimate Dog Pumps to 20ml every 5 seconds.
5. Prioritize the Combo Meal (Packager) else it will spoil.
