The missing skins were apparently uploaded to the beta forum too early and were quickly deleted. I just merged together what I could, along with some custom edits of my own.

*Full 1992 & 1993 F-HiTech skins and skills packs _are_ coming, like the ones that already exist for 1988, 1990 & 1991, but the Immersion Modding Group(IMG) guys aren’t saying when just yet.* ⚠️
