"Avatar" isn't the greatest written film of all time, but it is a monumental technical achievement, and gloriously beautiful to look at, even more than a decade later. Frontiers of Pandora isn't the first videogame based on the film (now franchise), but it feels like the game the series always needed. A way to explore the world (moon) and entrench yourself into the flora and fauna. The early minutes of the game might carry a few too many cutscenes before things properly start going, but it is pretty fun to navigate the environment, with the occasional battle scene. Glad the game turned out to be a proper open-world adventure, but also disappointed that Ubisoft didn't promote it as much as they should have.
