In today's video I found out the hard way that Kamek won't transform you in two situations that I did not see anyone talking about. It's crucial to know these things because if you are a completionist or just want to unlock all the characters in Mario Kart World, you know by now that this is a tall order cause the process involves a lot of luck and RNG for Magikoopa to passes by and give you the NPC you are looking for.
