I figured I didn't need to edit the footage at all, you can see it with your eyes. This is a pair of ASM hacks. The first transforms any unit that captures a Lab into a Neotank, just like Super Famicom Wars. The second prevents you from building Neotanks unless you control a Lab - which was something implemented in Advance Wars By Web. Either of these could make some maps more interesting than before - although the AI isn't prevented from making Neotanks either way.

Big thanks to Taelith and XenesisXenon as their notes were very helpful in pulling this off. Plus it paves the way for some interesting stuff in the future.
