Not sure if your starting units change based on CO on this level as I didn't try anyone other than Andy. If you don't feel like gambling on luck, it's best to load both Mechs onto the T-Copters so there's no threat of them dying, and then blocking the bottom with your tank as you deal with the rocket. I definitely had cleaner runs in the same time, this just happened to be the run I recorded.

Max/Eagle/Sensei would all be better picks for consistency's sake here. Drake will probably be the hardest as he gets a 5hp battleship at the top instead of a tank on the bottom, which means it'll be tough to get 100 technique from the Anti-Airs near the bottom. If you want to try, I'd recommend baiting the AAs to the top instead, then blocking the mech on the bridge behind them with an air unit so they can't get back.


Important Note: These are going to be -mostly- optimized runs! Most of these strategies could almost definitely be beaten faster with some theorycrafting, but I'm generally going to post the first run that gets me a 300 to keep up with daily uploads, so some levels will be less clean than others. The AI might--and likely will, on occasion--move differently, and your RNG for the luck damage might be different (I.E. 76% might be an 8 for me, but a 7 for you, which will prevent the unit from retreating to heal at 2hp or less!). Be aware! Levels that can be done by any CO will be done with Andy (and no COP), though Andy gets some use in this campaign.
