Every now and then I like to write and share a new preset for the Axe-FX III. Often this is coupled with a bit of showing off; in this case a Lee Malia Explorer (so good I bought two!). Carol Ann amp models have always been a favourite because they have a very rich midrange that I love. This preset features the LM Exp and those amp models along with a heap of overdone effects and how I might use them (if I learned the chord progression properly, ahem...). Also, a BIG shoutout to AustinBuddy, my friend and mentor. This preset draws heavily on AB's template and I thank him for that.
Enjoy, have a laugh, download the preset and make it your own. Incidentally, I did try this preset with a Strat and Tele and it works great - for me! You'll get get a lot more headroom and dynamics from them, that's all. Cheers!
