Baba Is You and True Timeline Reversal
288This pack is actual timeline reversing mechanics in Baba, where you can go forward and backward in time, there is a 'timeline' on the top that alternates between forward and reverse time. In reverse time your controls are reversed and everything acts as it would be in reverse (so you can go into walls from an empty space, because it's possible for you to go from a wall onto an empty space in normal time). Also, events such as opening a door or stepping on a grass to turn into hedge are represented on the timeline, and so they can be undone at a different location when the time is in reverse. You also cannot create paradoxes of impossible scenarios in normal time.

Yes it's a massive description but it's a simple concept I swear
Even though it has few 'mechanics', and could be explored slightly more, it's very interesting to play with such a mechanic (especially with how unintuitive it looks that you can phase through walls and "un-open" doors), but due to reverse there's naturally a lot of control spaghetti where you constantly have to switch between controlling normally and in reverse, as well as having to time your actions so that they line up correctly in reverse-time, which causes a lot of undo finickiness that I'm not sure I liked, even though it's inevitable with this mechanic. Kind of wonder if you could also make funny levels where the paradox behavior only explodes the timeline arrow and the paradox in a radius or something.
