General explanation if you're new to Baba speedruns:
Using both WASD and Arrow Keys to move at once makes Baba is Fast.
Restarting (with prompt turned off) on the world map after a level skips the animation for that level appearing, which is why the map "loads twice" after levels. It's small, but still a simple and consistent time save.
If you want to learn the category watching this (or the world record) is best done at 50% speed to just learn what the solutions we go for are.
