Marty findet endlich seinen Almanach und kann die geschehenen Ereignisse rückgängig machen, als Doc plötzlich mit der Zeitmaschine verschwindet. Kurz darauf trifft er auf ein Mitglied der Webergilde, der ihm eine Nachricht überbringt: "Die Zeitlinie hat sich geändert! Doc wurde ins Jahr 1655 transportiert und Largo LaGrande versucht LeChuck mit einem Voodoo Zeitzauber zu retten!" Marty erhält noch eine Karte auf dem der Ort der Zeitmaschine beschrieben ist wie er diese mit den in 1955 verfügbaren Komponenten reparieren kann und das Abenteuer beginnt.
