Paul Franzen Michael Gray, Matt Jonas, and Nikola Suprak provide commentary for Back to the Future: The Game - Episode 3: Citizen Brown, for the PC. Part 2 of 2.

In this part, Marty breaks the three rules of Alternate Hill Valley. First, he befriends Einstein, which breaks the "no dogs" rule. Second, he finds his mother's alcohol, which breaks the "no alcohol" rule. Finally, after beating Leech in the Ring of Rock, Marty kisses Jennifer in public, breaking the "no PDA" rule.

As a result of Marty's rule-breaking, he gets sent to talk with Citizen Brown. Marty tries his best to convince Alternate Doc that he is from another timeline, but problems occur when Marty says that everyone is miserable in this new Hill Valley.

Marty goes back home, to get a video from his father which will prove that people dislike the new Hill Valley. Unfortunately, the video has been stolen by Biff. Marty investigates, and it turns out that Biff is under the hypnotic control of Edna. Several dramatic confrontations ensue as a result.

In the end, there is good news and bad news. The good news is that Doc is convinced Marty is from an alternate timeline, and he promises to fix the time machine. The bad news is that both Marty and Doc have been captured and imprisoned by Edna, who intends to brainwash them into obeying her orders.
